Why do it?
Listening and responding
The more you listen the clearer it becomes. Coaching is asking and guiding. The walking is momentum, the two together are the perfect mix.
What is the benefit?
It's easy to become isolated. To let thoughts stay in our heads. Walking, surrounded by nature, with a small group of people, is the perfect antidote to being inside our heads.
Why the coaching?
Sometimes walking isn't enough to move forwards when we're stuck. This is a relaxed, guided coaching session for women, walking surrounded by nature.
Offering an opportunity to release thoughts out of our head into the open amongst a calm environment and help move forwards with whatever is holding one back.
